🌍 From Houston to Villarreal: A Journey of Growth, Competition, and Global Experience 🇪🇸

At Villarreal Houston Academy, we believe in developing not just talented soccer players, but confident young individuals ready to take on the world. This June, that mission takes a bold step forward as we send 43 families and over 150 participants to Villarreal, Spain, to compete in two elite international tournaments: the Villarreal CF Academy Cup and the Summer Yellow Cup.

This is more than a soccer trip. This is a milestone for our club and our players—a week of growth, learning, and unforgettable moments at one of Spain’s most prestigious youth academies, Villarreal CF.

Competing on an Elite Stage

Our 2013 Boys, 2010 Girls, 2009/10 Boys, and 2016 Boys teams will step onto the same fields where the La Liga Futures Cup took place earlier this month. These facilities are more than just fields—they're a proving ground for the next generation of global talent.

Each of our teams will have the chance to compete against top international youth clubs, testing themselves in a world-class environment. This level of competition gives our players the chance to raise their game, understand the global standards, and walk away with lessons that will shape their soccer journeys for years to come.

More Than a Game – A Shared Experience

Traveling with over 150 players, coaches, and family members is a reminder of the community behind our academy. It's the parents who believe in the process. The coaches who push players to be their best. The players who show up every day with heart and hustle.

This trip is also a cultural experience—an opportunity for families to connect, for players to explore a new country, and for everyone involved to deepen their love for the game in the place where it’s a way of life.
